Description\n\nRagima is made from sprouted ragi or nachni. i.e. it is Ragi Sattwa and NOT just ragi flour. Due to the fact that Ragi is sprouted, the nutritive value of ragi is multiplied.It can be consumed by people of all age groups. It can be an ideal food option for babies during their stage of muscle and bone development. Old people can also benefit from Ragima if they suffer from iron or calcium deficiency. It is extremely rich in calcium and iron. Ragima is absolutely gluten free.This product does not contain sugar and hence can be easily consumed by diabetic patients. No preservatives or flavours have been added to it. Preparation: Take a cupful of water, milk or buttermilk. Mix two tea spoons of Ragima and boil it, stirring continuously. If you wish, you may add saffron, cardamom or if Ragima is mixed with buttermilk, add salt and jeera for taste.
